GOOD MORNING I AM COMPUTER ILLITERATE! MY COMPUTER IS BLANK EXCEPT FOR THE START BUTTON. HOW CAN I RETRIEVE MY ICONS THAT WERE ON DISPLAY? I TRIED REBOOTING AND RESTARTING.

Hello STACEYQ Press CTRL + ALT + DELTask Manager should openGo to File/New Task (Run) and type inexplorer.exeOKDoes the Start Menu etc return.If so download and run Malwarebytes to remove all nasties
